Refund + Return Policy

Because most of our items are custom made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized or customized pieces.

That includes: 
* Custom embroidery
* Personalized names/phrases
* Team colors or specialty fabric choices
* Made-to-order designs

However, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a production issue, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we’ll absolutely make it right.

For non-custom items that are eligible for return:
* Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
* Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
* Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

Please double check sizing, spelling, color selections, and customization details before placing your order, as production begins quickly once orders are submitted.
